Religious Education Volunteer Registration

Thank you for volunteering! Please fill out the following information to complete your registration. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the R.E. Office at (830) 833-0444 or email the Director of Religious Education. 

• Diocesan Volunteer Application (www.AustinDiocese.org, go to  https://www.austindiocese.org/eim-compliance-status)
• Attend an Ethics & Integrity in Ministry (EIM) Workshop. Go to www.austindiocese.org (Click on https://www.austindiocese.org/eim-compliance-status) to log in to, or to create, your EIM account, update your application as needed, and register for an EIM workshop.
• Check with the Director of Religious Education for a volunteer orientation session.
• Maintain the following requirements:
  • have received Baptism, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation
  • be in full communion with the Catholic Church; if married, be living in a sacramental marriage
  • attend Holy Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation
  • be an active member of St. Ferdinand Parish in Blanco
